“Beautiful home in a stunning location. We really enjoyed our stay. A few things worth flagging for future guests. On our first day, we got locked out. The front door electronics were unreliable, and when I reached out through the Airbnb app, it took over four hours to hear back. There is a backup physical key mentioned somewhere in the materials, but it was easy to miss. A more prominent heads-up would help. The landscapers and pool crew showed up outside the scheduled windows, which caught us off guard. Because of the layout, they have clear sightlines into the house. Knowing when to expect them would make a real difference. The house was clean overall, but there were cobwebs throughout when we arrived. I spent about 30 minutes cleaning them myself before we could settle in. None of this ruined the trip. The home itself is genuinely lovely and the setting is hard to beat. These are fixable things, and I hope the feedback is useful.”
