“This is in a great spot easily walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and the beach. We had a great time and love the area. The house was perfect fully stocked with all you need and clean and comfortable. Decks were great at all times of the day! Garage parking was easy and very convenient. Overall a great place!”

“Really nice, comfortable place within walking distance to the Funk Zone and West Beach/Stearns Wharf. Gated entry to a single car garage area felt secure. Place is light and airy and had plenty of amenities in the kitchen as well as a fabulous rooftop deck. We enjoyed our 3 nights here exploring the area with our daughter who has committed to grauduate school at UCSB. Only 1 drawback I would say is proximity to The Brewhouse across the street and a block down - the live music there is very loud on Saturday nights until about 10:00 pm. Thursday and Friday nights were quiet, however.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful multi-story townhome in Santa Barbara. The property is impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully appointed — every detail makes it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The location truly couldn’t be better. It’s just steps from the beach and close to State Street, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and everything Santa Barbara has to offer. We hardly needed the car once we arrived. The highlight for us was the rooftop terrace — absolutely superb. We used it every single evening, enjoying a glass of wine while soaking in the coastal air and relaxed atmosphere. It was the perfect way to end each day. The only thing to note is that this is a multi-level townhome with several sets of stairs. If stairs are not an issue for you, this property is truly exceptional. For location, design, comfort, and overall experience, it’s as good as it gets. We would absolutely stay here again!”
