“This place is a big spacious house in a beautiful location and there are a lot of high-end features to the house. Overall we had a great stay. The only issue was that it wasn't ready for us when we arrived and for such an expensive price that wasn't cool. Full disclosure: The host gave us a partial refund but it was less than a quarter of the price and we did pay a lot for this two-night stay. Also it was clean but not fully clean. There was dust and cobwebs in some areas. It was kind of like a basic level of clean but not thoroughly cleaned. Again with such a high-end price you would expect a little better but overall we had a fun good stay in a beautiful area.”

“I had lived in SLO for 50 years, all of our family either lived there or visited many times over that span. We were there to say goodbye to my wife and one of her 2 sisters. Very sad, but really great to visit with the family. Wonderful location, literally on the other side of Bishops Peak from where Katherine and I used to live. Great vacation spot. We had 17 family and 2 really good friends in the house, with no issues. The Host allowed us the extra people, only 11 of us stayed at the house. I would stay there again if I ever have need for a large house again. Lee”

“Red Awning cancelled on the day of. I understand that maintenance issues happen. However, they could have called other local hosts and arranged an alternate. They left my party of 12 scrambling to find an alternative as we were driving to the location. We pulled over and searched and found an alternative AirBnB that luckily responded within the hour. I believe that Red Awning could have done this leg work on our behalf and offered these options to us. There was lack of consideration and concern that was surprising.”

“The place was incredible!! Breathtaking views, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and huge!!! Lots of space to gather and hangout. It was fully decorated with World Cup decor! Made for a fun environment to watch the first few games! The view for our outdoor dinner on our last night was straight out of movie. No one wanted the night to end as we celebrated our grads! Close to town and hiking. Couldn’t ask for more!”
