“We stayed a little over a month, and we can't say enough good things about the host team here. They were communicative, friendly, and helpful, taking care of any little requests so quickly. Additionally, we had a situation come up with the space, and they handled it so professionally and compassionately. The space itself was great for us. The bedroom is bigger than it appears in the photos. Also not pictured: there's a table and chair in the bedroom to use as a workspace desk, and there's a large front closet with a rolling garment rack. The kitchen is a little cramped, not so much due to size, but just because the overhead cabinets are too high to be reachable, so there's not much place to keep things. Seriously, they're very high -- if you're not at least 5'10" you won't be able even to reach the handles. :-) Bed was comfortable. Wifi internet connection was strong. Parking in back was convenient. Walkable to lots of great things in the area.”

“Just felt like home. Location is superb! Close to grocery outlet and a lots of eateries. Inside is a cozy unit. Decent quality furniture, bed and bedding. Enough items to make your stay comfortable. I loved items in kitchen. If you love cooking you will find lots of utensils including a blender. Only thing I had trouble in my 1.5 months stay was the noise from neighbourhood a few times...they party a lot 😊. And I am a peacful person. But our host never ignored the complaint....and eventually it was fine.. Otherwise, its a beautiful neighbourhood. Its not about how big or small the house is. Its more about the experience, quality. I wish I could extend my another week here if it was available. During my next trip, I will surely look forward to staying here. Thank you so much!”

“Excellent place to stay if you are looking to Stay in San Jose. Just 10 minutes walk from Sam Pedro Square Market. 2 or 3 minutes walk away from San Jose City Hall. Bus stop just few meters away from the house just 1 minute walk away. Extremely convenient to commute to anywhere by using bus or train. The hosts Fenda, Richard and everyone is just so kind and friendly. The house is very clean and perfect for a peaceful stay. The neighbourhood is absolutely safe to go for a walk anytime. The house amnesties are pristine best. The kitchen is well equipped with the clean utensils, mixer, gas stove. The washer and drier is just perfect. Everything is just wonderful. Worth for the money you pay. Go for it anytime.”
