“I enjoyed my stay. I was there to welcome the USS Abraham Lincoln home. The location was just a few miles away, which made it very convenient. My only suggestion would be to put a television in the bedrooms.”

“Great location! But keep in mind it’s on the street closer to the bay so you have to cross traffic to get to the beach! Wasn’t an issue at all for us tho! Had a few issues with the AC but hosts were super responsive. The house was a bit sandy when we arrived and as mentioned the parking spot is really tight. We had an SUV and it fit but was stressful every time”

“Positive: central location, close to lots of attractions. Nice home and pool. Safe neighborhood. We stayed for 4 nights. Issues/responses: 1) Check-in instructions say that there should be at least 2 keys available. There was only 1, and it took them 2 days to get us another copy. 2) The listing says the home can sleep 14 people, so you'd expect sufficient extra blankets and bedding in case people get cold. We messaged asking where the blankets are on the first morning, were then given wrong info on the location. Went 2 additional days without enough blankets. Some were ultimately sent via Amazon so we had enough blankets for 2 nights. 3) Pool cover wouldn't retract all the way. Host says, will fix later. 4) AC in ADU went out on evening of last night. Host just sent troubleshooting tips which didn't work. 5) Paid for pool heating x 3 days, but 1st day didn't hit temp until evening. -- Host gave a small $200 refund. I'd rather just have a positive and pay full price.”

“Pros: The Airbnb was clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our group of 10. There were plenty of bathrooms and common areas, a beautiful rooftop view, and a great location. The hosts were also very responsive and accommodating. Cons: The AC needed to be fixed twice during our stay, which required coordinating with maintenance and letting people into the property. The pool was dirty upon arrival, and although someone was sent to clean it, we lost an entire day of pool use. Unfortunately, a significant portion of our short trip was spent communicating back and forth with the hosts to resolve these issues. Overall, the property was great for a large group, but the maintenance issues did impact our experience. I do appreciate that the hosts acknowledged the inconveniences and compensated us accordingly. If the pool/AC issues were fine, the stay would have been perfect.”

“The owner was responsive, kind, and pro-active. Not their fault that the cleaners mislead them on the lack of cleanliness. They had the cleaner come out to clean the floors, but to no avail. Beautiful location and home! Need (owners) to do a full walk-through to fix window covering (lacked privacy as it was broken), check for thorough cleaning and maintenance. Blankets, etc. needed to be washed. All in all-beautiful property and responsive host. Would stay again-definitely! However-they need to hire new cleaners!!!”
