“The home is beautiful with a spacious layout, and the pool was a highlight of our stay. We especially appreciated the removable safety fence around the pool, which was a great feature for families. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by several issues. On the second day, the AC completely stopped working, and the house stayed around 86° for the rest of our stay. Thankfully, the pool gave us a way to cool off. We also had a water leak appear in one of the bedrooms, which was disruptive. The listing advertised seven beds, but two were pull-out couches in the living room, which we don’t recall being clearly disclosed. It wasn’t an issue for us, but future guests should know. We reached out privately about our concerns and waited until two days before the review deadline, hoping a resolution or compensation would be offered, but unfortunately it never was. We hope these issues are resolved for future guests. Overall, it was a beautiful home.”

“Overall, the stay was great. No major issues. We did like at the end they sent us a link to rent directly. The house rule of no videos or photos was tough especially because we went to make memories. Check in would be nice if more flexible. I e came from a long way away. We were hot carrying luggage on the boardwalk. The entrance on the north takes more time to get around. No AC is very tough in the summer. Fans in the living room would be great. We did enjoy that it had a pool and some items for the beach; chairs, towels and boogie boards. We thought we were renting a beach house not an apartment. It was pretty quiet and views in the morning were gorgeous. Not bad for the price we paid. Beds are comfortable. Thank you.”

“We enjoyed our family stay and took the risk to try it as there were no reviews. While the rental is very pricey, the view and ocean front location did made it worthwhile. This unit is on the second floor which was more private. This is a new listing for this company so I think they are still figuring out some of the nuances, like the fact that they do not have a boogie board available for renters. Also, some basic kitchen ware conveniences like a pizza slicer and extra dish towels would have made it a little more comfortable. They seem to be still figuring out their communication as to who responds to what question on the app/phone. Since it's a business they also require you to fill out additional paperwork and waivers outside of the airbnb app and have other policies such as an early check in fees. Overall it was the perfect location, comfortable, pretty spacious, and nicely decorated.”

“The location was really good. Close to restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. It was very clean and matched the photos and description. I would stay here again.”

“While the location was great and communication was good, we encountered several issues. Beyond a door lock issue that took five hours to resolve, the property requires maintenance in the following areas: - Upstairs Restroom: Needs general repair and attention. - Beds: Mattresses are worn out and should be replaced. - Living Room: The couch had a strong, unpleasant odor. - Windows: The paper blinds are non-functional and cannot be pulled up. In my opinion, the current state of the house does not reflect the price point listed. I hope you find this feedback helpful for future improvements.”
