“Perfect Mission Beach home base. You can’t beat this location - wake up, put shoes on (or don’t) and walk less than a block and you are on the beach. It’s in the middle of everything.”

“This place was amazing. It had everything we could need for our vacation. Proximity to the beach was awesome. If we forgot or needed something from the unit it was a 2 minute walk across the sand to get back. As someone who grew up at the beach, i was immediately at home and did not want to leave when the time came. The recent remodel was very well done with nothing left untouched. AC worked great, had no problem parking our crew cab pickup in the carport, althought taller vehicles might have a slight issue with the AC units hanging on the wall, but nothing a small bit of adjustment when pulling in could avoid. There are Chairs and other beach items for you to use, as well as a BBQ and outdoor fire table. plenty of closet sapce for you hang clothes are live out of your suit case. TV's in everyroom so no having to fight to watch a program. I am looking forward to staying here again, as i said i immediatley felt like i was home.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The location was central to many of our planned outings. About 20 minutes from zoo, Mission Beach, La Jolla, downtown and airport. The main complaint were the airplanes. This may have been our bad luck with the wind because it wasn’t constant. But it sounded like aircraft was taking off and landing over us from 6am much of the time. The house and yard were very cute and clean. The beds were comfortable.”
