“Management company is nice and responsive but this place needs some love: broken lock on window and door to balcony in the primary bedroom, smelly dishwasher, dirty walls and floors behind furniture, hard to open sliding glass doors, toilet paper holder in downstairs falling off, holes in ceilings of closets, etc. We paid extra for AC and the house was still unbearably hot the first two days, management company sent over a tech without much improvement. While in the pool on Monday, a pool service person showed up in all black with a hood and didn’t announce himself (house full of women) and we couldn’t use the pool for a couple hours even though it wasn’t supposed to serviced until Thursday. We felt like we couldn’t turn him away without a fee because of rules in the book. View was fantastic and sheets/towels were clean. We had plenty of space and towels. Just wish for that amount of money things were less worn down.”

“Very great place!! Can’t beat the location, makes you feel like a local and we loved the neighborhood and accessibility to everything. Perfect with 2 kids. The house is just as the photos show.”

“Beautiful home in a spectacular location, with gorgeous pool/spa, amazing views, and a rooftop perfect for sunset. It worked especially well for our large group, offering space to gather or have privacy. Management was responsive and pleasant. A few notes: there are many stairs throughout the home, and the elevator was not working, so it may not suit guests with mobility concerns. Bring your own speaker, as the built-in system is not available to guests. The home would benefit from some maintenance: broken exterior door handles/window cranks, inconsistent A/C (we visited during a record heatwave), an ant issue in one bathroom, and intermittent hot water in the wing with four en-suite bathrooms. Most importantly, several hallway steps are hard to see when lights are off; two guests fell. Better stair markings or night lighting would be a valuable safety improvement. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and see great potential with these updates.”

“整体来说是一次不错的住宿体验。 房子最大的亮点毫无疑问是海景，非常漂亮，甚至比照片和预期更好。地理位置也非常方便，开车去圣地亚哥各个主要景点以及附近超市都很方便，这一点比我们入住前想象得更好。 有几个细节如果能够改善，住宿体验会提升很多。首先是户外区域的蜘蛛网比较多。露台上的三套桌椅周围都有比较明显的蜘蛛网，所以虽然海景非常漂亮，我们实际上没有很好地使用这些户外设施，无论是坐在外面欣赏风景、拍照还是烧烤，都受到了一些影响。前院树木和进门的通道附近也有不少蜘蛛网，晚上经过时甚至有一次直接碰到了头。 另外，洗衣机和烘干机需要晚上走到车库使用，户外照明比较暗，进出不是特别方便。建议房东可以在露台、前院通道以及通往车库的位置增加一些夜灯，同时定期清理户外家具和通道附近的蜘蛛网。 除此之外，房子的海景和位置确实非常出色，整体入住还是比较愉快的。如果这些户外维护和照明细节能够改善，会是一个非常好的住宿选择。”
