“overall a nice place, underestimated the location and airplane noises. they passed every 2-3 minutes & location wasn’t as close to everything as i thought you have to walk quite a bit to get into little italy area a lot of steep hills as well wasn’t much parking either had to park a couple blocks down from the place. also wanted to note if anyone is staying in the main house at the same time you are you will hear everything especially the walking constantly was a bit much. overall it was nice for the price.”

“The location is excellent, the unit has nice finishes, and the ocean views were a major reason we booked. Unfortunately, our stay fell well short of expectations. We experienced a significant pest issue inside the unit, which we documented and reported to management. The adjoining connected unit also had a collapsed roof, leaving it exposed with a large tarp and debris directly in our ocean sightline. You could actually see inside the damaged unit. None of this was reflected in the listing photos. We became surprisingly good at finding camera angles where the Pacific Ocean was visible but the collapsed roof wasn’t. We raised both issues with management. They acknowledged them and said maintenance would be notified, but no remedy was offered. There is a lot to like about the property, but the experience did not match what was represented in the listing.”

“Unfortunately the discription of home was not what we got in person. The host was very nice and responsive but the outdoor living space we did not use because it was not clean and ready. The layout of the home is very complicated. The home was clean inside , but the construction next door was literally right outside the windows of the kitchen/living room with workers right there. Again the host was very nice, just not what we expected.”
