NXT Vacation

“The house was perfect for us four bedrooms three bathrooms. Kitchen was very nice well supplied with dishes and cooking equipment. The pool and hot tub was really nice, good amount of lounge furniture to relax and sun in. They had hand skimmer to clean the pool from leaves etc Nice living room to hang out and enjoy. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the house. It does not have AC as listed but we did not need it. The house was just like it was shown. The Encinitas area is very nice plenty of restaurants. The beach only a couple miles away which was great. Nice selection of beach chairs towels etc. We had a minor issue with the unlock code when we first checked in but was taken care of right away great response time! Great place for a larger group or families I would not hesitate to rent again. Note your gps may not direct you correctly ours was a couple streets off. No big deal reading the map solved the misdirection. Amazon del truck map was a half mile off lol. 😎”

“The house itself was very nice and high tech. I will say it was a bit difficult to figure out which light switches controlled the lights. I also noticed that there were used contact lenses stuck on the nightstand in the main floor bedroom. We were here for a wedding week and had music playing during the day time throughout the stay and we had a noise complaint around 4/5 pm (Quiet hours start at 10pm). On wedding day we had our guests getting ready and the water was shut off due to the landscapers doing house work. This was quickly fixed but it would have been nice to have been notified of housework prior to check in. These were all minor inconveniences. Something I did love, was that they stocked us up with “bridal crew” glassware. That was a cute and thoughtful touch. NXT was very responsive and overall did a great job keeping in touch. Beautiful home overall.”

“Lots of space for kids and the dogs to roam around. They really enjoyed the space. Clean and have everything we need to cook at the place. The host was responsive during the booking. Will rebook in a heartbeat.”
