“This location was perfect in terms of being central to what our trip entailed to. Close enough to Gaslamp, access to many grocery stores (even Costco). Uber pick ups went smoothly. Had trouble with our door code but the response time was so quickly it was never an issue. Would recommend this place, the views are to die for! Especially the sunsets. Thank you.”

“Me and my family of 5 had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful large expansive home. We loved the pool and unlimited time in the jacuzzi! There is so much space between the two levels and my kids loved the game room and separate living area downstairs. If you’re sensitive to light when sleeping I would suggest bringing a sleep mask for the master suite with 4 skylights and no room darkening curtains. Zero complaints at all this property is magnificent and we were sad to say goodbye! EXTREMELY responsive host for anything we needed or questions we had. We all very much enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property all day long 10/10!”

“Stay was wonderful! Lots of room and open spaces for our large group. We had a few minor hiccups but the owners were extremely attentive and quick to help. Beautiful view from outside, be mindful of driving through the hills since you are located at the top. Overall great stay!”

“The house was perfect for us four bedrooms three bathrooms. Kitchen was very nice well supplied with dishes and cooking equipment. The pool and hot tub was really nice, good amount of lounge furniture to relax and sun in. They had hand skimmer to clean the pool from leaves etc Nice living room to hang out and enjoy. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the house. It does not have AC as listed but we did not need it. The house was just like it was shown. The Encinitas area is very nice plenty of restaurants. The beach only a couple miles away which was great. Nice selection of beach chairs towels etc. We had a minor issue with the unlock code when we first checked in but was taken care of right away great response time! Great place for a larger group or families I would not hesitate to rent again. Note your gps may not direct you correctly ours was a couple streets off. No big deal reading the map solved the misdirection. Amazon del truck map was a half mile off lol. 😎”
