“Amazing view.. like breathtaking! Everything was updated with great bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Top of the line. Lots of great outdoor seating areas including a rooftop with cozy couches and a great place to catch a sunset. It is a new construction so some small kinks could be worked out.. Two of the three bedrooms had sheer curtains only, so it was very bright in the morning. They could use blinds. FYI..the house is on a very steep hill (but that is what makes the view spectacular). The beds were super comfy and with clean bedding. For a luxury home and the price we paid, we felt like they did not need to charge us for an early check in (we requested it by an hour), and there was a surcharge for a high chair. There was no mirror in the master bathroom which was odd. The walls could use a touch up of paint. The house is within walking distance (up and down a hill), to the port, restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket. I would stay in this home again.”

“Of the many Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, this is probably the hardest to judge. Overall, I loved it. But to give it five stars would be unfair to other apartments I've stayed in that were even better. There were definitely lots of good things: I wanted somewhere with a sunny terrace, that had sea views, in a quiet location, and with easy access to public transit and a supermarket - and it had all those. But it was also a bit tired - for example, the main bathroom and the otherwise excellent rooftop terrace. And, given the mosquitos (and how nice it would have been to have a through breeze and hear the ocean), I agree with a previous reviewer that it was a shame that there was no netting on the French windows in the main bedroom. But I would almost certainly stay there again if I returned to San Diego, especially now that I would be prepared for its small weaknesses!”

“The outdoor patio and kitchen w grill area exceeded our expectations and we had several meals here . Patio heater was ideal for one cold evening . Fantastic visit !”

“The view is spectacular. Watching the ocean and the people on the beach were highlights. The carpet in the bedrooms are very dirty and stained and dining table chairs and counter chairs were very stained and dirty. The grill was so corroded we didn’t use it. There wasn’t a garage door opener even though the manual reported where it could be found. For the cost of this rental our family agreed we were expecting a better maintained house.”
