“The apartment we stayed in, didn’t look like the pictures. It was way smaller than we were expecting. When we arrived, the AC wasn’t working. For 2.5 weeks, I was on the phone with them, constantly calling them. No one knew what was going on. I purchased two parking spaces, mid stay, they tell me I’m getting towed. Then I didn’t have a spot for the last two weeks I was there. I was constantly in the office, getting a guest pass. Working with this company was a nightmare. If you have other options, stay away. This whole stay was an inconvenience. The kitchen ware is run down. Definitely not what they advertise. AC filter and vents were disgusting! My son has asthma, this was not a clean enough place to stay in.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home, which is perfectly situated in an ideal location. The house itself was charming, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great experience. The only minor issue was that communication with the host could have been a bit more responsive. I mentioned that the kitchen chairs needed some attention, but unfortunately didn’t hear back. That aside, everything else was fantastic, and with just a touch more attentiveness, this place would be absolutely perfect. I’d happily recommend it to others!!”
