“It was a perfect place for a family of 4-6 with young children. Easy access to the beach and very close drive to local downtown. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet”

“Overall, the place was fantastic. Looked like the photos. A couple things we ran into. We wished there were more adult sized towels. We had 2 adults and 2 teens and were only given 2 adult sized towels so my teens were stuck with very small towels. Another thing was we were not able to get the outside shower to work even with instructions from the host. And lastly, the beds were a little too hard for our liking. The place is a little loud due to the freeway and Main Street being so close but if you do your research, you will see see the location and how close it is. Overall it was a pleasant stay.”

“Great location, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of beach gear was available, which was very convenient. Access through the gates was a little confusing at first, and cleanliness was okay. AC is only available in the living room, with fans in the bedrooms. Overall, a good stay.”

“Wonderful, wonderful spot with a lovely outdoor space. Great location. Super close to amazing surfing. Will definitely be back.”

“Our stay was fine overall, however it was very hot in the rooms due to there only being a mini split in the living room and the fans in the room were not the greatest. There’s a lot of things that could be fixed up around the unit on the walls, baseboards, even the floors. It made it feel dirty and felt like the unit was just patched up and placed for rent. The outdoor space is shared with the lower unit, the guests in the lower unit completely took it over during our stay, leaving trash and food out everywhere the entire time. The TV pixels were broken on the left side… there is just a lot that could be fixed in the unit to make it really great and make it feel like it’s worth the $400+ a night. Location was fine and if you are really just looking for somewhere to sleep then it’s not bad.”
