“The cabin is beautiful and surrounded by incredible views. It is close to the highway but the views disguise that. The hot tub was wonderful and we had a lovely time!”

“Overall nice place but construction of house and deck felt cheap and hasty. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was very nice to cook in, and the views were wonderful. Hot tub did not get hot and was visible from road pullout/parking area. Also roadway traffic was moderately audible and visible from deck. Would stay again for the price ($457 for 2 nights).”

“It was a beautiful place they left binoculars to animal watch. I felt safe and just loved the place. I’d wake up early in the morning just to sit outside and see if I could see any wildlife. No luck besides chipmunks but maybe that’s a good thing for some people I’m just an animal lover so I was hoping to see a bear or something of the sort but this place is perfect loved the hot tub everything about it a loft, so cool. If I were to ever go back to a place I’ve stayed before instead of trying new homes i would definitely come here.”

“Honest review, my wife and I went for a weekend getaway. I’m familiar with up there so finding the house was very easy. The views from the west patio are amazing, loved the fire pit and chairs to relax in and just enjoy the views. Upsetting to me is there’s 3 different coffee machines on the counter but no coffee in any cabinets to be found! This is the first place I have stayed that does not have coffee for its visitors so frustrating for me. The house has its share of “landlord special” work if you know what I mean, overspray paint, areas not masked when paint was done and rough patch work around many areas and so on but I am just observant to that stuff. The other side of the house patio you can walk and adventure around but there’s many stickler weeds, just some clean up back there would go a long way. Also the hot tub would not heat over 94 degrees. It could use a cabinet of towels, only a few there. Overall I would absolutely stay here again just for the overall charm and views”

“The cabin was perfect for a quick getaway from the city with my partner! Pros: amazing 360 views from inside and from the wraparound deck, hot tub, A/C in common space and bedrooms (critical in summer heat), beds were comfy and clean, and the general layout of everything was great. Worth noting: it’s right on the main highway, so there’s some road noise and not much space to safely walk a dog; there are two separate bedrooms + two bunks in the living room (the downstairs bedroom doesn’t have an interior door but it’s fairly private as the only room at bottom of stairs); while there are plenty of kitchen supplies (plates, silverware, pots, pans), they seem to have accumulated very hodgepodge over time and could be refreshed (also, lack of a dishwasher made me feel the need to wash before using rather than trust the previous guest). Altogether really nice stay and definitely the most scenic cabin I’ve ever rented in these mountains.”
