“The host was very responsive and friendly and did their best to help us resolve our issues with the house. As for the house and stay itself - there was a few issues. The showers would leak a lot of water all over the floor and soak under the floor boards in certain areas and master bathroom would fill up with water after a 10 minute shower so we would have to wait a long time for the next person to be able to take their shower. There was also slight mold on a wooden floor mat that they had laying out in the master bathroom (not the biggest deal since we were able to take it outside but also shouldn’t be an issue to have). There was also Ants in the kitchen but they were nice enough to bring a spray to us when we asked . Other than that the overall stay was good but do wish these were things we didn’t have to deal with during our time there .”

“Beautiful home in a great location! There were plenty of nearby restaurants, markets, and parks for the kids to enjoy. We also loved being able to visit both Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Lake during our stay. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed. The only downsides were that the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and we weren’t informed ahead of time about a scheduled power outage with the electric company, so we had no power the first night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting us! ⛰️🤍”

“This was unfortunately my first negative Airbnb experience after many years of using the platform. The property fell well below expectations in several areas. Hot water was unreliable, the kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking (very limited utensils, no blender, and worn cookware), and the BBQ was dirty upon arrival. Several furnishings were in poor condition. Furniture had a foot odor, the sofa rocked when sitting, and the unsecured living room rug created a tripping hazard. The TV sound quality was poor, and the Wi-Fi was unstable throughout our stay. The main floor bathroom towel rack also fell from the wall during normal use. My biggest concern was safety. The patio balcony felt noticeably unstable and wobbled when in use, which was especially concerning while traveling with a toddler. Management initially approved a late checkout but later revoked it to accommodate another booking. Communication was dismissive, and concerns were not meaningfully addressed. Overall not worth it.”

“Scenery was nice, house definitely could use some upkeep as far as activities listed, rooms were big and specious comfortable beds, Overall had a great time.”
