Robinhood Management's guest rating of 4.64 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“This was unfortunately my first negative Airbnb experience after many years of using the platform. The property fell well below expectations in several areas. Hot water was unreliable, the kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking (very limited utensils, no blender, and worn cookware), and the BBQ was dirty upon arrival. Several furnishings were in poor condition. Furniture had a foot odor, the sofa rocked when sitting, and the unsecured living room rug created a tripping hazard. The TV sound quality was poor, and the Wi-Fi was unstable throughout our stay. The main floor bathroom towel rack also fell from the wall during normal use. My biggest concern was safety. The patio balcony felt noticeably unstable and wobbled when in use, which was especially concerning while traveling with a toddler. Management initially approved a late checkout but later revoked it to accommodate another booking. Communication was dismissive, and concerns were not meaningfully addressed. Overall not worth it.”airbnb

“Would stay again. There are definitely pros and cons to going with an air bnb run by a big property management company. Pros: The rental was extremely clean, higher end furnishings, great mattress and they provided very clear directions, home instructions etc. Cons: we didnt find them to be very accomodating or provide the extra touches you experience with rentals ran by the owners. Prior to booking we reached out to confirm if they ever allow early check in or luggage / food drop off. They quickly expressed they would be happy to if able, and that it shouldnt be an issue. Then the day of, when we were on our way up the mountain, they sent a follow up message that they would be charging an extra $55 for us to swing by early to put groceries in the fridge, before we go explore arrowhead. It felt misleading, and wish they would have communicated the fee before hand. This was also our first air bnb rental where there wasnt any body wash, shampoo or conditioner in the shower.”airbnb

“The house really has no AC as in the description. Furthermore the windows of the bedroom, kitchen and living room cannot be opened. The trash must be taken with you because it is not allowed to throw them in the local bins.”airbnb

“It was a great place to stay but it was a bit unfriendly to hikers and they added on a trash fee without it being mentioned anywhere in the prior booking, $10 per bag which felt a bit high.”airbnb

“1 mo stay: Area-pretty/quiet. Place-good water pressure/water heater. Manage-tried to force an offplatform contract 2x. Refused entry code until contract signed. Left us outside in cold/dark around April 1 w/ BEARS for 60min while fighting over code. (a bear had scratched up the tree on property) No warning of no cell reception in area, wifi calling didn't work for days, didn't get some texts all month, need chains (snowed 2x while there). Doorknob had duct tape-hard to use (my teens couldnt work it), medicine left on floor, wasp on floor, sink loose & cold water off in bathroom, pans scratched REAL bad (had to bring my own), something looking like puke on wall (they say it's spackle). Felt unclean and unsafe. Wall heater does not reach bedrooms. No supplies (aluminum, plastic wrap, bags, only 2 kcups for a 2 bed place-I booked for 3 people so not enough for even 1 morning). Gave 2 star cuz 1 star usually means no star, 2 star for quick maintenance response and nice area.”airbnb

“Really pretty cabin, lot of fun and the hot-tub was nice. Management is strict on the check out time and with the trash, overall great place though!”airbnb

“It’s taken me awhile to write this. This was truely the worst stay I’ve ever had and even more shocking the customer service from air bnb was horrible. Host was very responsive during booking and signing the contract and paying them almost 27k to stay there for a month to decide if we liked the area and get out of dodge for a little bit. It is the same house yes but when we got there first off there’s boards and nails messed up on porch and a huge hole in the window. Going inside is the aroma of animal urine. There were dirty dishes in the sink and rat poop everywhere . There is a bird living upstairs and no hot water. We left after two days I couldn’t have my child there under these conditions. They wouldn’t refund me so I contacted air bnb. I have photos and videos that are timed and dated. The best they said they could do is $300 out of the $2700!!! They cancelled my reservation I should still be there now, 300 doesn’t cover even one weeks stay!!! Don’t use them :(”airbnb

“The cabin is beautiful inside. The description did not mention very steep stairs leading to the bottom level. We had to block the entrance with our big cooler and backpack so that our little dog would not fall down. The outside area was nice, but we found lots of miscellaneous trash lying around. A broken chair, a green dog poop bag(used), bottle, candy wrapper, etc. The downstairs bedrooms looked a bit different than what was shown, but it was still accommodating for our group. We loved the area and the views were amazing.”airbnb

“I’d rate this stay 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️. One star off for poor check-in management. We were told the cleaners were still working due to the previous guests leaving a mess, but that we could still arrive at 3pm if we didn’t mind. After traveling several hours with dogs, we arrived on time but were not allowed in for another two hours. We were also told we’d receive a partial refund for the inconvenience, but that never happened. Another star off for overall value. For the price, the listing felt very bare-bones with minimal amenities. The BBQ that was advertised was unusable—rusted, dirty, and lying on its side. With more attention, this place could offer a much better experience. Pros: The listing was very clean, communication was quick, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook a meal with. The living room was also extremely comfortable and suited for movie nights.”airbnb

“I really wanted to like this cabin, but unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The main issue was the cleanliness — the bed linens didn’t look or smell freshly washed. The hot tub was even worse: the water looked dirty with hairs and bits of debris floating around, and the tub itself seemed old and not properly maintained. The kitchen was also missing several basic items that were listed in the description — a few essentials you’d expect were just not there, like coffee and cookware. Overall, it felt like the place hasn’t been maintained or checked properly before guests arrive. For the price, we definitely expected better cleanliness and upkeep.”airbnb
