“We were very unhappy with this place. First, the side gate to the backyard to get to the lock box is not on hinges. You have to pick up the old, splintery door to get to the backyard to the lock box. For a house that accommodates 8, one single key is ridiculous. The listing claims "Key-less entry with door code upon arrival" which is incorrect. You need that one key every time to lock and unlock. We found numerous roaches in the kitchen and bathroom despite us killing the ones we saw and spraying. The host's response was to keep the doors and windows closed, which was not a solution. (The doors and windows were closed anyway due to the heat.) We put our food in the refrigerator instead of on the counter, but found a roach there! Unacceptable. We did not feel like we could use the kitchen AT ALL due to the unsanitary conditions. In fact, we left a day early because we could not fully enjoy the space. Pros: the air conditioning worked well, and the couch and beds were comfortable.”

“The house is mediocre but the pool and nature area behind the house are amazing! The house needs some love- think broken picture frames and silverware under the stove. But again, the pool and walking trails made this stay worth it for a family with young kids.”

“The house was nice but the kitchen has the bare minimum. Adding a cutting board and a pizza cutter would be nice. The pool was enjoyable and the rooms were clean”

“The home was musty smelling, the shower was ragged with scratched tiles, there were lots of cobwebs with live spiders, the shared showers water was so hot it would burn you and I was unable to make it any cooler, the pool was full of leaves, there were several broken blinds throughout the home, the towels were frayed and ragged, the front door had to be locked to close completely, the dining room chairs were wobbly and I was avatars that I was going to break them when I say down. This home needs some work.”
