“Elizabeth was responsive at all times it’s just the house only has 2 tv sets and it’s a 3bdrm house. Also I figured out how to lock the back sliding door. You must pull up on the doors handle and then use the lock mechanism at the same time and the latch will attach. After figuring that out My family and I felt a lot more comfortable during our stay. As far as the neighborhood it was fine not no issues at all. Part of the checkout is putting the dishes in the dishwasher yet the dishwasher doesn’t work. All in all… 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿thumbs up! I will be coming back to Sacramento and yes! I will be using Ms. Elizabeth’s properties!!”

“Cute home! Large, spacious kitchen and back yard. Comfortable beds and cute, minimalist decor. A few little inconveniences especially for longer stays. The shower hooks in the master bath are so close to the shower door, the towels fall off as soon as you open the door. My biggest complaint would be that there are no dressers in the bedrooms. We stayed for almost 3 weeks, but were unable to fully unpack because there’re no drawers to put anything in. Very responsive host, though. We had issues with the washer not working, and someone was out with a new one the next day.”

“Overall fit needs, but slider door was broken and some screens were missing from Slider and windows. Chair for table in backyard broken. Primary shower very small. Received notification at checkout about fees related to trash, not cleaning, etc. Front and back doors are monitored by private security camera to check amount of occupants.”

“Great price for the stay. Roomy three bedroom and two bath, although the shower is a little small in the main room. This location is very drivable to a lot of restaurants and activities. Some notes: * Laundry is in the garage (opener is on the entryway table) * Keyless entry with a code. To lock, you have to press the x instead of the check (the instructions were incorrect for this). Had a spot of trouble with the lock, but the hosts were super responsive and great sorting it out. :)”
