“Single dad that took my two teenage daughters and two other teen girls for my twins bday. Only downfall was the bathroom above the kitchen began to leak into the kitchen on our first night. We closed off that bathroom , So you can imagine four girls sharing one upstairs bathroom, and the issues and the headache I had to work around. I’m sure the rental place will reimburse or accommodate in some way for the mishap especially at the rate per day, it’s the right thing to do. Other than that the place was great and welcoming.”

“This place was amazing. Legit spot! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. The downsides would be the couches, pullout bed, lack of seating and no coffee. They had a Keurig with no pods. The couches were lumpy and uncomfortable. The pullout bed was even worse. Other than that, the trip and stay was awesome!”

“Location was great! Accommodations were nice and suited our needs. Carpet and 2 couches need replacing! The dryer did not get hot when we needed to dry our laundry so we had to take our wet laundry home. Would return if those were to be rectified. Also no salt, pepper or olive oil there..”

“The place was great. Close to everything Pismo has to offer. Beds were comfortable. Could have used more washcloths. (Was only given two in the primary for a 4 day stay). There was noticeable pet hair upstairs and down even though it’s advertised as “no pets”. The refrigerator had a noticeable smell to it. Although there is an ice maker the bin had been removed.”

“On their page in Airbnb, they stated that there was free street parking. 1st, we could not even get a space close to where the house was. 2nd the only time it was free was between the hours of 10PM and 6AM. After that, it was 3 hour parking only, so we would risk getting a ticket if we stayed there. We were very worried about even going out to get groceries because if we did, we would not be able to park when we came back. We were also told that we could leave our dogs in the house in crates if we needed to go somewhere that didn’t allow dogs. This was true except for the fact that we would have to shut all the windows when we left for security reasons, which would leave the house far too hot for the dogs to stay in, as there is no airflow. Overall we were very disappointed with the house and most definitely with the parking situation. And for the money, it should’ve been a lot better. I will say that when we contacted them, they were willing to give us a partial refund.”
