Beach Bum Holiday Rentals & Property Management's guest rating of 4.71 is below average and may adversely impact performance. “The day was fine. The location was nice. The condo was OK. Garage door did not open with the opener, the Wi-Fi that was emailed to us did not match with the actual Wi-Fi code was, I reached out to the host prior to arrival to see what kind of coffee maker they had so that I could be prepared and they gave me the wrong type so I was not prepared. that was annoying. The kitchen is very sparsely provided For example, there was only three knives two of which were steak knives so if you plan on doing any type of cooking, I think twice. The kitchen was cute though, and I guess it counts for some. For me I prefer full amenities, which is what I provide for my vacation rentals overall, it was a fine stay. I think it’s a little overvalued and I likely will not return.”airbnb

“We had a wonderful stay for my son’s CalPoly graduation! There was plenty of room for everyone and the ping pong table was a hit! We had 14 people, and because some were singles we had the kids on the couches and one in a futon. The only negative was that the bedding. The sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed and were scratchy and uncomfortable. Everything else was amazing. We loved the ocean view from the deck. Would love to stay again!”airbnb

“If your a surfer, fisherman or beachcomber you will love this place! You can see the waves and pier right from the front door. Parking is a challenge during the summer season with a 3 hour limit between 10AM and 6PM but if you are willing to walk a few blocks you can find unrestricted parking. This place great for a single or couple. I would not recommend for more then that. The primary king bed is comfortable however the secondary sofa beds are small and very firm. I would describe this place best as a beach bum crash pad.”airbnb

“We stayed here for our Son's CalPoly graduation. Easy to get to and not too far from campus: 25 min, but a bit longer during heavy traffic. Good value in a good location. Very close to downtown Pismo Beach: 5 min.”airbnb

“Great location, large space with nice balconies on both sides. Definitely dated home but had everything we needed. Kitchen could use some restocking but great location, walkable to downtown Pismo - check out board room bar! Rental place next door is great too. Would stay here again if we got the discount price we got this time. Otherwise too expensive unless traveling with a group.”airbnb

“The house was amazing! All my kids had a blast if you head 5 min to the East you have a cool park or if you go 5 min West you got the beach and you have a 7-11 conveniently around the corner. The only problem I had was in the master bedroom the ceiling fan didn’t work I called management and they said a maintenance person would come within 1 to 2 hours but no one ever showed up. It was cool though there was a portable fan in another room and we just used that. I didn’t push the issue and call management again about the problem but I’m sure if I did they would have got it fixed. That’s the only reason I rated it with 4 stars other than that it was awesome!”airbnb

“The place is great and actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. Overall we enjoyed the property, but there were a few cleanliness and maintenance issues that affected our stay. The biggest issue was finding a dead mouse under the living room couch. It wasn’t hidden at all, and there was also a noticeable amount of dust under the couch, making it obvious that area hadn’t been cleaned well. Unfortunately, the children found it while playing, which created an “ick” factor for several guests and made us question the overall cleanliness. Another thing multiple guests noticed was that all of the bathrooms had an odd body-odor type smell. Not sure if it was from a cleaning product or something else, but everyone mentioned it. The dining room chairs are also peeling badly, and the kitchen door to the backyard gets stuck and is difficult to open. It’s a nice property overall, but these seem like simple, inexpensive fixes that would make a big difference.”airbnb

“Great location, very nice house. Directions were terrible. Was never given the gate code or garage code. Front door is hidden and the space is hard to find. Could not get the AC to turn on, extremely hot. The toilet downstairs was clogged when we got there.”airbnb

“Due to the fact that we had two of our main meals interrupted with the oven and the refrigerator and the microwave went out for our main dinner for our holiday special and then the lunch was interrupted for over an hour and a half due to the propane, not being full really interrupted our plans. I spoke with the AI thing that Airbnb set up. They didn’t give me any helpful information. Had to wait around and finally find a number that I could call the direct number. Don’t fill as if this was accurate. I was double charged from what the listing price was originally at which I was willing to pay, but after two of my main meals that I planned this event for or ruined and had to go out to eat due to the food was going to spoil really did put a damper on my situation. Beach bomb said I needed to reach out to Airbnb in regards to getting reimbursed on this.”airbnb

“Pool is the main attraction. Kids loved it. There were no responses to Messages on airbnb .”airbnb
