“Guesty home’s on a Budget is exactly what you get. Very tight budget hom We were there for a month.The neighborhood is so nice & quite the home is really nice. On the down side they have a 3rd company month2month & you are to contact with them with any issues you made have. Seems like month2month is a computer just sending messages about putting the trash in & out on trash day. They have very poor communication and lack in accommodations even with the Co. hosts/(owners?) On the 1st night (Thurs.) we found out we had no hot water we went like this for almost 5 days. Turns out the boiler went out Month2Month would send us message they were going to send a technician to come check it out. When we had a knock at the door, it was a couple (Owners? Not sure.) they just told us they would fix didn’t say when, Check out was fun had some one came in the house at 8:30am (owners? Not sure scared my children and I) check out was 11am. Other than that we had a good time. But communication is key!”
