Penny Realty reviews in California

“Lovely space, great location, very spacious. However Overpriced. Couch like seats would be excellent on balconies vs chairs. Wasn’t given access to boardwalk through home which was available however broken door and no access to fence on side no key given, which was inconvenient given why we wanted that space and location. Penny realty was responsive until the access issue arised. Situated by everything shops and food. Lovely views of the beach. Outside of the access to boardwalk it was a great stay.”

“We were able to get this house on short notice when our other Airbnb canceled due to plumbing issues. We couldn’t have been happier with the location and the host responsiveness. Worked out great for our group.”

“This is the second time I have stayed in the spot and would highly recommend it. The host is very friendly and communicative. I always enjoyed my stay here and will be staying here again soon.”

“Toujours un réel plaisir de séjourner Ocean Point Sea Breeze 🤩 Deuxième séjour pour notre famille et nous sommes ravis de retrouver l’appartement avec cette belle vue et le bruit des vagues 🤩”
