“Location, location, location. Excellent location, steps from the beach. This place isn’t fancy. It is as basic as it comes. That didn’t matter to us. For a family of 4 this was a perfect location for our trip to the beach. The parking spot alone is worth it. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and of course the beach. Communication was speedy, accurate and friendly. We will stay here again.”

“So thankful for our time here. It was an absolutely beautiful home with a wonderful pool, jacuzzi and fire pit. There are even beach chairs to take with you to the sandy shore. The upper deck has a gorgeous view of the ocean. Be sure to read and understand there is construction going on next door, there were early morning hammers and construction workers close all day BUT it was absolutely clear in the booking. It was worth every penny. We can’t wait to return. We LOVED our time there.”

“Location is great. However only had one working shower. The shower that did work was dirty. Had mold in the corners of tub. Very outdated. wall paper peeling off in the bathroom. Was told there were 3 beds when there are only 2. Was very disappointed.”

“The location in Mission Beach was excellent and the highlight of our stay. However, the condition of the home did not meet expectations, especially given the price paid. We experienced ants in the living room, dining room, kitchen, and upstairs primary bathroom. Several maintenance issues were present, including a broken cold-water handle in the primary bathroom, a patio door handle that fell off, a damaged toilet seat and missing sink stopper upstairs, and a downstairs toilet with a constant leak noise. The bunk bed stairs were broken and unsafe for children. Mattresses were uncomfortable, blankets smelled musty, and the home felt dusty with dirty air filters. Living room blinds were broken, door frames were rotting, and wine glasses were flimsy. The fire pit, vacuum, and washing machine did not work, and outdoor chairs were rusty. Overall, the great location did not justify the poor condition and lack of maintenance.”

“The house location was great everything else not so much. Upon arrival the doors were wide open and had not been cleaned from previous stay. It took several hours for the cleaning service to arrive. Parking spots are so small that it was virtually impossible to get in or out of the car. Several items in house were broken or in disrepair. Including coffee maker, sound bar, fans, patio furniture, hot tub and more. Stains on furniture. Very disappointing for the price paid. Final straw was the roach that scurried out from under the bed. If I could attach pictures I would. Overall poor experience.”
