“I cannot recommend this property. In the first 2–3 days, I noticed mild ant activity near the garage/laundry area and patio doors. On the 4th night, while lying in the master bed, I saw an ant on my phone, then felt ants on my legs. I moved the pillow beside me and found about 10 ants. I checked the other 3 bedrooms; only the smallest was ant-free, so I slept there the rest of my stay. The next morning I requested a refund or relocation. Management only offered pest control. It worsened; my videos show areas with hundreds of ants. By the final 3–4 days, ants were across floors, hallways and the dining area. I wore shoes indoors because barefoot I stepped on ants and had to wash dead ants off my feet before entering the ant-free room. I paid nearly $4,200 for 2 weeks. At that price, basic cleanliness and a pest-free home are the bare minimum. I was offered only $200 as reimbursement and am still awaiting a fair full refund. I hope this is fully resolved before another guest stays.”
