“unfortunately, I have to say that it was a nightmare this stay. i've stayed in this Airbnb before and had no issues. However, this time was just a true nightmare. I had no Internet for over a month. They kept saying they'd come fix it or get boosters and they never did no device would stay connected for longer than two minutes, so I finally gave up and just bought my own Internet hub from T-Mobile. The fridge was broken. All my food went bad and we're talking hundreds of dollars of food and they were nice enough to let me use the condo next-door refrigerator however walking back-and-forth all the time just to go get some milk or some food was stressful. Finally, they had a tech come out and fix the refrigerator which took weeks. The pool was always dirty. It only runs for like 2 hours a day. so by the time I get back to the apartment, the whole pool would be covered in crap and debris and you didn't even wanna swim in it cause it looks so gross.”
