Natural Retreats reviews in Palm Springs, California

“Original property had issues with AC so manager offered 3 other outstanding choices at no additional cost. The new property we chose was stunning! Wonderful stay.”

“We had such a loved stay at this special home. It was very clean, comfortable and the location is perfect. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!”

“Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The home was beautiful, clean, well maintained, and in a great location close to restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were comfortable, the showers were great, and the kitchen was well stocked. We especially loved the pool, spa, and pickleball court, and having ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom was a huge plus. The only downside was the communication with the management company, Natural Retreats. Since we booked through Airbnb, I expected communication to stay mostly here, but they used a mix of Airbnb, text, email, etc. and it wasn't consistent. We also had to upload IDs and vehicle info outside Airbnb, which felt cumbersome. Communication wasn’t always very responsive, and at check-in we were told to call a number before arrival, but no one answered despite multiple attempts. That said, the stay itself was excellent and we would book again — just something future guests should be aware of.”

“House was clean, host was responsive, and was in a nice area.”

“The hosts were super responsive and helpful. One of our friends left some clothing and they were nice enough to offer to ship it back to us.”
