“Fun and interesting while being classy and without compromises. Excellent proximity to downtown palm springs. Beautiful views from the top tier of homes along the mountain side. Private, quiet, and accessible. Helios is great, communication is top notch with replies happening within minutes. If you want something different, fun fir family and friends, and in a spot that means you won't be in the car for more than 10 minutes to get around - this is your place.”

“Great comfortable home close to downtown and surrounding area restaurants. Enjoyed the amenities of the home for a one month rental. Some deferred maintenance issues but nothing significant. Very windy location during evenings. Difficulty keeping exterior clean of debris from wind. The pool spa was in need of deep cleaning as it had a thick layer of buildup around the perimeter of salt. The filter system did not seem to keep up. The beds at this property were not great. All beds except one were hard flat memory foam type mattress. Not comfortable for long stays. A/C worked great which was needed for the hot spell. Separate casita worked out great for visiting family. Overall it is a beautiful home but not sure it’s worth the price paid.”

We loved how the unique architecture blends with quirky, artistic features that added so much character and charm. Every corner felt thoughtfully designed, making the home feel special and intimate rather than generic. The pool area was pure magic and became our favorite spot for romance. Picture crystal-clear water, luxurious loungers, and breathtaking surroundings — we spent lazy mornings sipping coffee together, refreshing afternoon swims, and unforgettable sunset evenings with wine by the water.”
