“Overall, the house itself was okay, and the kitchen was very well stocked, which we appreciated. However, it felt like the property wasn’t quite ready to be listed in its current condition. Every bathroom with dual sinks had only one functioning sink. The air conditioning was not turned on before our arrival as the property manager had said it would be, so the house was extremely hot when we arrived and took several hours to cool down. There was also a strong unpleasant odor throughout the home, and the bedroom with the mini bar stayed uncomfortably warm for our entire stay. Our experience with the property management company was disappointing. Response times were slow, and when we asked questions before arrival, they only seemed quick to respond when there were opportunities to charge additional fees. During our stay, a property manager also arrived at the house without any notice while we were relaxing in swimsuits, which felt like an invasion of privacy. We also felt that every sm”
