“this was less expensive than getting a couple of hotel rooms locally, and it's always nice to have a common space to hang out. Our group was on a golf trip, and it was a bit of a drive from the golf course, but in a super quiet location and near the ocean. Great place to relax.”

“Our stay at the Dune’s was very enjoyable overall! We’d never been to this area of the world and so we were trying to find a nice place on the ocean close enough to everything in the area but not super busy. This was just about perfect. The condo itself was very good and had just about everything we were needing while we were there. Only minor complaint we had was the complex itself was pretty worn down and a bit of an eyesore. The complex looks like it probably did 40+ years ago with only minor landscaping updating. Obviously that is all superficial and didn’t affect our stay. The condo interior has been well updated over time. We did appreciate how private the property was in general, how close to the beach you are (nice beach view and sounds from the main bedroom), and how well stocked the condo was. This condo is a great, relatively affordable option to staying on a beach in the Monterey Bay Area.”
