“Lovely views but the place is well worn. The carpet is terribly stained throughout and the walls need new paint. Bathroom sink drips slightly unless you turn the handles hard. Ugly non slip mat in the shower makes the whole shower look soiled. We chose not to use it and wore slippers throughout the unit. We kept the doors open for the lovely fresh air and to dissipate the pervasive musty smell in the bedroom.”

“The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet in a great location close to a beautiful, serene beach with a great view of the ocean from its living room. The kitchen has been updated, but equipped with utensils and plates that look like they were purchased at a yard sale. Some of the condo needs updating including the bathroom. The patio deck needs to have a table to enjoy meals. The beach accessories are sparse and not in good shape. Overall, we loved the location, location, location.”

“The place had beautiful views of the beach and ocean!!! It was updated and mostly clean only when we tried to open windows did we see sand and dirt. We had to open the windows because it was very stuffy when we arrived. The beach air was great however there were hardly any screens so leaving the windows and doors open was difficult and every time we left we had to close them and it was stuffy again upon returning maybe consider some fans. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were clean and comfortable, the beach access was nearby. There are stairs up and down from the parking area that were fine for us but if you had elderly might be difficult. I would have said 5 stars if not for the stuffiness and window situation”

“Location, Location, Location. You are paying to stay pretty much on a private beach. House is quirky, dated, but functional.”

“Perfect location. Amazing views! Right on the beach. But, smells musty in the whole condo. It could use an air purifier to help with the smell. There were black ants crawling all over in the bathroom. We killed at least 20 + our first evening and the next morning. I messaged Judy and she sent maintenance. They came in later that day and put down traps. I didn't want them to spray while we were staying since I'm sensitive to chemical s. The traps did not help. The ants were crawling all over our things. We definitely would NOT have stayed here if I would have read reviews about bugs in the condo. I think the place has a lot of potential but there are some issues.”

“The host failed to disclose that water from the tap was not suitable for drinking. Bottled water was promptly provided when requested.”

“Overall a nice stay and the rental is largely just as described. We had issues with check-in not matching the instructions provided so a bit less of a chaotic start but nice rental and stay.”

“We stayed with my family. The good place quiet and peaceful. The property has access to the beach directly. The home nice itself. We really enjoyed. Just to remind. Before you come to the gate contact to host that they should inform gatekeepers to let you in. We wait 10-15 mins outside. Because no one didn’t inform to them about our visit. But overall, we really liked and loved this property”

“Great location next to the water and you can hear the waves crash on the beach. Parking restrictions for campervans (undisclosed) resulted in having to park my vehicle over a mile away from the rental.”

“We unfortunately had a very disappointing experience overall during at recent stay. From the moment we arrived, several issues made our stay uncomfortable. The screen doors were broken, making it difficult to ventilate the space properly. The oven range was completely inoperative, which was especially frustrating since we had planned to cook meals during our stay. On top of that, the toilets were clogged, creating a very inconvenient and unpleasant situation. The cleanliness and upkeep of the property were also far below expectations. The towels provided were torn and worn out, and the bedding did not feel clean. There was also a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the house. Another major issue was the extremely slow internet, which made it nearly impossible to work or even stream basic content. Additionally, the listing did not accurately describe the house amenities or the location, leaving us unprepared and misled about what to expect. We request a partial refund as compensation”
