“We really enjoyed our stay here- our unit was at the end of the property so we could see the beach (which we loved!). Safe and easy to get in through security, and the condo was a good amount of space for the 7 of us. It was clean, but could certainly be updated a bit (chipped paint, old kitchen pans and utensils, etc). We had all we needed at the condo, and it was nice that there was ample parking. If you’re wanting to eat out a lot, most things are about a 15 minute drive. This is a good location for hanging around and cooking/going to the beach. About a 40 minute drive from Monterey if you want to explore some as well. We would gladly come back and stay again.”

“We had a short, but wonderful two night stay. The unit was tidy, but definitely could use upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms. Amazing views of the ocean and pelicans on the dunes. Amenities like tennis & basketball courts and walking paths.”

“Love Pajaro Dunes. Nothing better than the sound of the ocean waves right out your door. The air is always refreshing. The view was fantastic. The condo was well appointed for cooking. I gave four stars because the carpet is quite stained and I wouldn’t expect this for the price.”

“We stayed with my family. The good place quiet and peaceful. The property has access to the beach directly. The home nice itself. We really enjoyed. Just to remind. Before you come to the gate contact to host that they should inform gatekeepers to let you in. We wait 10-15 mins outside. Because no one didn’t inform to them about our visit. But overall, we really liked and loved this property”

“Great location next to the water and you can hear the waves crash on the beach. Parking restrictions for campervans (undisclosed) resulted in having to park my vehicle over a mile away from the rental.”

“We unfortunately had a very disappointing experience overall during at recent stay. From the moment we arrived, several issues made our stay uncomfortable. The screen doors were broken, making it difficult to ventilate the space properly. The oven range was completely inoperative, which was especially frustrating since we had planned to cook meals during our stay. On top of that, the toilets were clogged, creating a very inconvenient and unpleasant situation. The cleanliness and upkeep of the property were also far below expectations. The towels provided were torn and worn out, and the bedding did not feel clean. There was also a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the house. Another major issue was the extremely slow internet, which made it nearly impossible to work or even stream basic content. Additionally, the listing did not accurately describe the house amenities or the location, leaving us unprepared and misled about what to expect. We request a partial refund as compensation”
