“The location is fantastic. Quiet street, no neighborhood noise, backs up to the Presidio and it was a short drive to almost anywhere we wanted to go. The hosts were quick to respond to minor issues in the house. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are in need of an upgrade! Read the house rules fine print - over 30 day stays you’re responsible for gas, electricity and water.”

“Nancy's Cottage is a cozy spot in a great area close to the ocean. Once at the sea following a short walk, going either direction provides a nice adventure. The home is fun to be in, with a nice fireplace & kitchen with sweet nook dining table. Visiting deer were awesome. Hosts did a great job of providing what was needed. Overall, a terrific experience.”
