“This was one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. Highly recommend. Incredibly well stoked, thoughtful, clean, easy, steps from the beach, private, easy to get to Monterey / Carmel but removed enough to feel like your own oasis. Hot tub under the stars. Gorgeous beach. Great grill. We were a bit worried about the no AC review, but there are fans in the rooms now and we never felt too hot. Kind, thorough communication throughout. We really loved our time here and hope to be back someday!”

“Location is great, just a little further than we thought. There were a few issues with the appliances, but the host was very quick to respond and fix. The bedroom/bathroom configuration was hard to figure out from the listing. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and the host's communications style and responsiveness. Would definitely recommend Carmel Coast for this property and others in the area. Special shout out for the game room and media set up across the living space.”

“Everything about this house and its location is first class: - the house itself and all its amenities - high quality appliances - the surroundings (a small forest across the street with deer, blue birds and turkeys), - a 15-minute short walk to the ocean on the 17-mile drive. - bikes and a few games for children - A Tesla charger inside the garage made my son very happy Great communication/Marco... getting in and out. Will gladly come back or use Carmel Coast Estate in the future. Thank you.”

“This Airbnb is absolutely beautiful and so spacious! The kitchen is massive, and has everything you need. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The master bedroom is incredible and the master bathroom is the size of a bedroom. Host provided a binder with recommendations and a nice welcome gift of wine and nuts. We had a wonderful time and I would 100% stay here again. Inside the pebble beach gates but not directly on the 17 mile drive so it was private. Highly recommend.”

“Our stay at this incredible villa was simply divine. Everything was so perfect. We enjoyed every corner of this villa. There was beautiful details from the grounds to the architecture to its aesthetic design. Our host thought of everything imaginable to make our stay pleasant, from yoga mats to biscotti.
