Carmel Coast Estate

“We loved our stay at this quintessential Carmel cottage! It is obvious that the owners put much thought and love into building this place and its location is ideal. The property management team does a great job of communicating and making sure you have everything you need.”

“We had an amazing stay for girls trip!! I cannot say enough good things about this house. It is super spacious, very clean and new. The hosts were communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!!”

“Serene and private stay perfect for a relaxing weekend with friends. The back deck opens up to a beautiful view of gully and hills that just felt like home. The fire pit and hot tub were clean and easy to use (and the host provided a little marshmallow roasting kit for us to use). We will be back.”

“Pebble Breeze, hosted by Carmel Coast Estate, was the perfect place for family and friends to join us for our daughter's wedding in Monterey. The home was very clean and well-appointed (loved the basket of goodies!). Marco was responsive and helpful, ensuring everyone made it through the Pebble Beach security gates. Highly recommended for a peaceful and memorable experience!”

“Exceptional home in Pebble Beach that is well-managed and well-maintained. I can’t recommend this rental highly enough. Hosts are responsive, friendly, and proactive. Couldn’t ask for anything more.”

“Thanks for making another year at MJF memorable.”

“We had a really nice stay at Carmel Coast Estate. The house is stocked well and all the extras (fresh flowers, wine, chocolates and Smore making stuff) was extremely nice. We hope to be back again some day!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for three adult couples, and we had a bedroom to spare. The space was open and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. Would stay there again! Two points to be aware of… to get to the bedrooms or to the main floor you must go up/down stairs. It is manageable but good to know for guests with mobility considerations. The second point is that the driveway was a little steep/ narrow, but easy to navigate after you have done it once or twice.”
