“Home is in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of room. Some of the home is dated (bathrooms) and other parts updated (floor and kitchen) all around very comfortable with well equipped kitchen. We did have some unfortunate issues with the bbq due to rodent issues, was hoping to have a surf and turf dinner one night, and the WiFi was non existent the entire time we were there. They were very responsive and friendly every time I reached out, but were unable to rectify ANY of our issues. We also thought it was very strange that there were only 2 rolls of toilet ( 1 ply) paper per bathroom for 6 people for 3 nights. The paper towel was also a super cheap half roll and we had to supply both for ourselves which we have never had to do at any other Airbnb that we have stayed at before. The best part of the home is the peaceful setting it is located in and its proximity to the beach state park.”

“Good spot near the water! Lots of space. Was a bit hot when we went in April but appreciated the fans provided. Also really appreciated that they allowed our dog to stay. Marked down just a bit because some ants in kitchen, bathroom, living room (but I’m not sure you can do much about that in the humid climate) and also lacked a few amenities we expected (hand soap, salt, some utensils). Otherwise, really appreciated the stay and responsive, clear instructions.”
