“Great location, easy beach access. Layout of home is ideal for family dinners and family game nights. Furniture and carpet worn out; as mentioned in previous posts, general maintenance needed.”

“This beach house has some great potential, just needs some TLC. Pros: The location is very convenient. Beautiful rooftop views. Lots of room to spread out and the privacy of the different seating areas and bedrooms on different floors was appreciated. New fridge in the kitchen and an extra one in the garage. Private outside shower great for rinsing off after beach. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Cons: Tile outside the front door is falling apart, but covered by a door mat. No button in the garage to open the smaller garage door, and when you press the button to open the larger garage door, it will not open all the way without some manual assist. Some ants in some of the bathrooms and bedrooms. Upstairs master shower had a decent amount of mold and the toilet paper holder comes apart. Bedding had stains on it. Large missing window blind in living area lets a lot of heat in (no A/C). Multiple marks and stains on the walls. Carpet is stiff and stained. Faded/broken table chessboard.”

“Loved our stay, walking distance to the beach which was so fun for my toddler. Lots of fun things to do and eat in the area as well. The house was so beautiful, my whole family enjoyed our stay.”
