“This house is very well appointed and makes you feel right at home. Fixtures are well done. Great outdoor deck for large groups. Very spacious. Stairs from the door to the main floor are steep and might be difficult for older guests, otherwise a great experience. Thanks”

“Very nice and clean”

“We had mixed feelings about this property. The location was great, and we enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was relatively clean, and the bathrooms appeared to have updated finishes. However, several maintenance issues affected our stay. Some of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets were sticky and falling apart, with loose parts left inside. The second bathroom had no window covering, despite looking directly into a neighbor’s room. The damaged screen door slammed shut quickly and injured one of our guests. Toiletries were not provided—which was mentioned in the listing but also surprising given the price we paid—and some carpets and rugs were visibly stained and dirty. The walls throughout the property had scratches, dents, stains, chips. Overall, the property seems to have undergone renovations, but the work felt incomplete or poorly finished. With more attention to maintenance, privacy, and general upkeep, it could be a much better experience.”

“Absolutely loved this place. We stayed her for the 2nd half of our Lake Tahoe vacation and wish we would have stayed here the whole time. Very comfy and cozy. We felt right at home and had no issues the entire trip. I would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in the Lake Tahoe area.”
