“The place itself is very new, spacious, and set in beautiful surroundings. The garage and fitness areas are very nice as well. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not quite up to the standard we expected. There was visible dust and debris on the floors, our white socks were dirty after just a few minutes, and there was pet hair on the carpet. We also found dust underneath furniture and around the fireplace. I had a handheld vacuum in the car, which helped us tidy up a little. The lower-floor terrace looked quite dirty and was covered in cobwebs, so we did not use it. The upper terrace was more usable, but the floor was also very dirty and would benefit from a thorough rinse; even after wet-mopping it several times, it still did not feel properly clean. The electric grill did not get hot enough even to warm ribs. Luckily, the kitchen had a very good oven and stove. The drip coffee maker had a damaged/melted plastic filter, and the Nespresso machine came without capsules. Overall nice”

“It was a great location, great house and the layout - took a minute to get used to since it’s almost four floors for the space - gave a sense of individual privacy for the ten people staying in it. We did see a few spider webs on the ceiling and a couple of dust bunnies here and there, only a small ding only because we know there is a cleaning fee and we were asked to do some extra steps to make it easier to clean for next users. The garage door being broken and needing to manually tug it was another small ding. But overall, would love to rent it again.”
