“I think this place is in need of a REAL remodel. Carpet in the bathroom is disgusting. it’s the first thing you step on when you’re done showering. just like the thousand other people before you. Also, it’s in need of a modern TV. We had to rely on cable in 2026.”

“It was all good, clean, easy. It just needed either AC or better ventilation/fresh air. A bit stuffy in the heat of summer.”

“Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not return. We arrived around 9 PM on Friday to find the thermostat set to 80°F, and the unit was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We were traveling with a toddler and were unable to get a good night's sleep. We tried opening the windows and using the portable A/C provided, but it was not sufficient to cool the unit. The upstairs bedroom remained particularly hot throughout our stay. What made the experience more frustrating was how our concerns were handled. When we contacted the property, the response essentially explained that the portable A/C was only meant to “take the edge off” and that the thermostat was intended for heat. That did not address the fact that we arrived to an uncomfortably hot unit with inadequate cooling, and the response felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented. After checkout, we were also contacted about black spots in the bathtub and told that we would be charged an additional professional”

“We had a great stay and vacation. Unit was clean and felt like home once we settled in. Just had a couple issues with the fire alarm on the day we arrived and the day we left but as usual we roll with the flow. The pool and hot tubs were really nice.”

“Very disappointing and stressful experience. We arrived with a small child and discovered that there was no electricity in the property. We immediately contacted the host and tried to get help, but the host was barely responsive. On top of that, the fire alarm went off multiple times during the night. The first time was approximately from 11:40 PM to 12:20 AM, and then again around 2:30 AM. Because of this, we had to leave the property in the middle of the night with our child and stay in a neighboring building. What was especially frustrating was that the host only responded in the morning, after we had already returned home. During the entire situation, the host did not respond or provide any meaningful solution. I understand that unexpected problems can happen, but the way the host handled the situation was completely unacceptable. Leaving a family with a small child without electricity, with a fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, and with almost no communication is n”
