“Great location / resort but leaning towards booking directly with the hotel given you don't get all of the amenities by booking with a company (e.g. towel refreshes, daily cleaning, etc)”

“Beautiful place beautiful location. Hated that the pool was not available (since it was mentioned it had one , was a reason we picked this location) the house it self was very nice but it was very dusty . Also had to wait about 40 mins outside after check in time because code was not working .”

“Pros - The property was excellent and exceeded expectations. - The resort offered a wide range of amenities and was overall very enjoyable. - The environment was peaceful, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Cons - The host was slow to communicate. - The entry instructions were unclear — the lock‑code field was blank, and I had to go to reception to get a key card. - The 4 PM check‑in and 10 AM check‑out felt unreasonable; a 2 PM check‑in and 11 AM check‑out would be more appropriate. 2 PM check‑in request was denied - The resort doesn’t handle room issues directly; everything goes through the host, which can be slow, especially with spotty cell reception. - The TV doesn’t auto‑connect to the internet, which may be challenging for less tech‑savvy guests.”

“This unit is great - it is spacious, and the view is among the best we have had during several stays at the resort. However, the way this unit is managed feels nickel-and-dimey. In addition to the Airbnb fee, you pay a $50 daily resort fee and a $20 daily self-parking fee. And then, if you want more than 1.3 cups of coffee per day, you also need to pay for more Keurig pods. It just adds up to something that feels not nice and lacking in hospitality.”

“Our stay was overall okay. The place itself was as described and worked for what we needed. However, communication was disappointing. The garage code provided did not work, and despite following up multiple times during our stay, we did not receive a response. We ended up having to find street parking, which was inconvenient. Improved responsiveness from the host would have made the experience much better.”
