“I was a little hesitant to book after reading some of the negative reviews and was even considering cancelling. Then I saw a newer review from a large group that had a great experience, so we decided to keep our reservation—and I'm so glad we did! We had an amazing stay. The house was clean, spacious, and had a little ocean view. Since we had little ones with us, we chose to drive to the beach, which worked out perfectly. The house had so many great amenities, including air conditioning, a hot tub, games, and even a foosball table, which everyone enjoyed. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend”

“I have to say that I was a little worried when I read some other reviews, but the place was great for traveling with a bigger group of people. It was clean, quiet and had lots to do (firepit, bbq, corn hole, walk to beach, hot tub, Fussball table, board games etc). So spacious! Would definitely recommend!”

“The house was very cute, and we loved the backyard, it was a great place to relax. It was about a 10-minute walk to the beach, but the closest beach is mostly rocks. If you're looking for a sandy beach to lay out on, you'll need to walk about 15–20 minutes farther down the shoreline. Unfortunately, there were a few issues during our stay. We found mouse droppings in the house and even saw a mouse, which was concerning. The utensils in the kitchen drawer were dirty, the beds were extremely creaky and loud, and several of the window blinds didn't work properly. Overall, the house has a lot of potential, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues took away from our experience.”

“Location is great but few things to point out. 1. Reported upstairs common bathroom tub was not draining properly. Never was fixed. 2. Lights were out in bedroom and hallway, was reported. Never fixed. 3. Lots of cobwebs on the lamps and windows. 4. Window blinds around the entire house were close to non functional. 5. Pest may be an issue as we saw our bread being chewed on when left on the counter. It ate through the plastic bag. 6. Beds were very squeaky when just slightly moving. 7. Next door neighbors had construction going on which made noise early morning.”
