“Great location! Clean and nicely decorated! Comfy bed! The access to the beach is incredible and the pool was also amazing! Thanks for the. Each chairs and umbrella provided! We could not get the cool air to work so due to the extreme heat the living room area was very warm but the move in cool in the bedroom cooled the bedroom perfectly!”

“We stayed here while visiting our son who is stationed at Camp Pendelton. Both the main & Del Mar gates are very close to this property. The unit was exactly as described in the write up & in the photos. My husband & I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every morning with our coffee. The bed in the main bedroom was super comfortable, and my youngest son said the couch was very comfortable to sleep on. It's a deep enough couch that he did not need to pull out the sofa bed. Excellent location to the O'Side pier and beaches. The hot tub was great & my husband and son both enjoyed the pool. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Oceanside & SoCal.”

“I made a mistake when booking , I did not notice the AC was not included and the ventilation system was so loud we couldn’t hear ourself talk. The location was great and the bed comfortable but it was too hot for us.”

“The place was well located in Oceanside. Parking was difficult and not ideal for an SUV or larger sedan. The inside was set up well to accommodate 2-3 folks. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The washer/dryer combo was not working which was inconvenient but they provided an alternative to reimburse guests using a nearby laundromat. Location was walkable for coffee and plenty of restaurant options. The complex had access to the pool and hot tub although we didn't make use of it since it was occupied by several families holding big parties each day we were there.”
