Grand Welcome reviews in Oceanside, California

“Nice place, clean, great kitchen, close to beach & city, some views of the ocean, very comfortable beds, well stocked, good communication. Stairs could be an issue for children or anyone with bad knees. Some issues. Broken portable fan I had to fix and clean, blinds are broken so had to stand on a chair to roll them up and attach them to make shift hooks. Missing smoke detector in living room. Curtain rods falling out of the wall. Unfinished dry wall in bathrooms where skylights have been removed. Both garages are very cluttered with left behind beach equipment and extra house stuff, really needs cleaned up to make parking a bit better. Walls are pretty dirty and marked up. Can't open the living room window to hear the ocean, most cranks have been removed, maybe it's a safety issue for children. Drip line broke so we tuned off water valve. Just seems like a day or two of maintenance could be used to deep clean and do some needed repairs to justify the price. Overall nice place.”

“The house is spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, and it has everything needed for a great stay. The pool and jacuzzi are an excellent bonus that make the vacation even more enjoyable. Although the price seemed a little high, it was definitely worth it.”
