RH Signature Stays in Oceano, California

“Great location. Hot tub code didn’t work even after I asked the manager. Couch bed had thin piece of foam instead of a mattress. Kitchen looks clean but when you touch cabinets or drawers, every is sticky from never being properly cleaned. They give you 2 small rolls of toilet paper but a family of 4 for 7 days wasn’t enough. We had to provide our own. The person next door who I think lives there was very loud and we could hear them talking. Luckily it wasn’t at night. Just all day. The main bed was great. But the bathroom is in the bedroom so everyone has to pass through. The bedroom door is broken and only closes if you are tall enough to grab it from the very top and pull it shut. Also there is no service while you stay so you need to bring extra towels or do laundry at the laundry mat. Floor was very stained and kinda icky looking. Also be prepared for a checkout to do list the night before you leave. Take out all trash to dumpsters, take bedding off beds and put in laundry, etc…”

“The location is amazing. How some small issues with the house. The floors were dirty. Our 9 month old baby and black on feet and hands from crawling. The garage was not set up for 2 cars as described. There was air hockey and 8 or so chairs blocking 1 side. The dishwasher did not work properly and there were only 2 drying towels.”

“If you don’t mind an older style place with dated decor and amenities then you’ll be happy. Room had an “old, worn” odor due to the use and worn carpets. Linens were clean but had old laundered in stains; could be replaced in my opinion.”
