“Very nice cozy comfortable we had a great time. We’ll book again.”

“The location is amazing. How some small issues with the house. The floors were dirty. Our 9 month old baby and black on feet and hands from crawling. The garage was not set up for 2 cars as described. There was air hockey and 8 or so chairs blocking 1 side. The dishwasher did not work properly and there were only 2 drying towels.”

“If you don’t mind an older style place with dated decor and amenities then you’ll be happy. Room had an “old, worn” odor due to the use and worn carpets. Linens were clean but had old laundered in stains; could be replaced in my opinion.”

“The location was very nice. I did have some trouble initially getting responses before my stay but on the day and during my stay they were very responsive. The place could use some maintenance just from wear and tear of age but overall was in good condition. Some of the board games that were there were missing various pieces and the bed looked like the frame was missing decorative pieces. The location was wonderful we were able to walk down to the beach quickly. We had fun at our stay.”

“We stayed at this condo during the weekend so it was quite busy there. The place matched with what was posted here. It is quite small as it’s a tiny condo so keep that in mind especially if you have kids. As mentioned by another reviewer, the ceiling fan for the bedroom needs to be turned on and off if you want the lights, it’s a manual thing which can be a bit of a hassle. My husband and I stayed here with our two children, it was peaceful. The kitchenware could use a little of an upgrade as the pots and plates are a bit old and used, but aside from that, everything else is good! Great price for a quick get away!”

“Nice Location. There is no dishwasher in the unit even though it is listed in the amenities. Same with washer and dryer that are not in the unit. There is a resort Laundry room 2 washers and 2 dryers. One of the dryers requires extreme force to insert quarters. Blinds in kitchen need replacement as you can't pull them up to allow airflow when it gets hot. No ice cube trays (we donated one). Bathroom sink drain would not stay open. Took some effort to use cable TV but finally fixed the problem. King bed comfortable. Bright lighting from resort easily penetraed the drapes. The should be replaced with drapes that block the light from security lighting. Blindfolds while sleeping helped. Nice Weber BBQ (2 gas grills)area.”

“Rented this condo not knowing I’d have to send a picture of my CDL AND a selfie?!? I asked if it was mandatory, I’ve never been asked for this and I am NOT comfortable. No reply. The day of, I give in and try to send this info but I wasn’t able. I messaged to let them know and the reply “no worries “ Get to the place, check in time comes and goes but the code hasn’t been sent. I call and the response? “ oh yeah, you were the one unable to send the info” 😳😳. WERE THEY GOING TO KEEP US LOCKED OUT?!?! For now on, before booking, I’ll check to make sure the place ISNT managed by RH”

“The place was clean however it is a bit outdated. The shower is slow to drain. The water in the shower runs hot. There was some type of string line hanging over the shower that was falling apart. The remote in the main bedroom did not connect to the main ceiling light and the remote did not turn on. One of the lamps also connected to the remote so we were not able to turn on either. The toilet brush was old and yellow. When I did reach to the host as an FYI, they wanted to send someone over however were in the middle of getting our day stared and could not wait around for maintenance that is not what I wanted to do during my stay.”
