“This location is amazing, but that’s where it ends. One bedroom was unusable due to broken screen and lack of airflow (no AC), screens were broken, no hand soap in the bathrooms (empty bottle), AC in master bedroom wasn’t installed correctly (large gap in window), laundry detergent was missing, and both bed frames appeared to be broken. This is a 1960s apartment building, which inside is renovated, but lacks the amenities I was expecting. I had to move the mattress to the living space and set up a fan in the porch area to even sleep. The pictures are all of the outside areas, which were great, but I should have known better. Pay a little more and rent somewhere else. This place reeks of private equity nonsense at its finest. AVOID”

“Location, location, location! This cute beach cottage was perfect for my husband and 2 young adult sons for a weekend getaway! Just 2 block walk to the beach and sitting on the channel we watched yachts pass by. It was centrally located for a short walk to coffee, restaurants and very cozy feel to living there! We will be back!”
