“THE GOOD - The place is definitely one of the nicer places you'll find. Right on the water - everything just as described. Very well furnished and up to date. Great location. Nice host. THE BAD - be prepared to pay extra on the way out. I read that others had been charged for "tickey-tack" things like minor amounts of sand, etc. So we were cautious - we vacuumed, made the beds, cleaned the dishes - we even squeegee'd down the shower when we used it. But they hit us with $50 bill saying two washclothes were left dirty. That's ridiculous - they were basic, white washclothes (about $2) and were easily cleanable with the rest of the whites and a cup of bleach. And they werent even dirty - I wish I could upload the pictures they sent. Again, others had a similar experiences so we were prepared. CONCLUSION - would I stay here again? Probably not - great place but you have to be on pins and needles hoping you dont drink from the wrong glass or for fear you might be charged.”
