“Not as advertised. One bedroom is basically on the stair landing with no privacy. No bathroom upstairs. Outside, both front and back, despite the gorgeous oceanfront, had rusted out firepit, gross dirty cushions on chairs. We had to put towels over the cushions. The trash closet door and the door from driveway to back deck were both off the hinges and dangerous. Inside the house was clean but there were so many signs around the house with rules, it was insulting-we weren’t having a frat party there-we were there for a short vacation with our 2 grandchildren.”airbnb

“The place was very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable. It wasn’t as close to the beach as we understood and is quite a trek. Also they wanted a high early (2-3 hours) check in fee which most other properties have not charges for if they can accommodate you. Other than that it is a great property and would recommend it.”airbnb

“The place was fantastic easy to find clean, beautiful inside located close to the beach and right next to a restaurant which was great for us”airbnb

“The host is wonderful and the views are spectacular and sleeping by the ocean felt very tranquil. Communication was excellent at all times, we had issues with the house that were fixed. However, we unfortunately came at a super hot week during our stay and due to the lack of air flow in the house (the one window that provided air flow from the beach was shut and broken) some days were hot even with the doors open and A/C fans. We booked knowing there was no A/C, so we knew this was a possibility. Again, views are gorgeous but just wished there was more ventilation in the house given the weather conditions.”airbnb

“We had a pleasant stay overall — the home was very clean and met our needs. A few downsides: there were a lot of posted rules/signage around the property, and only two extra rolls of toilet paper were provided, which wasn’t nearly enough for a family of four for a week — guests are expected to supply their own after that. Appreciated how quick the host was to respond.”airbnb

“House is beautiful and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Furniture, layout, feel, comfort was perfect. The only thing that would elevate it is some sun loungers outside. Thanks for havinge”airbnb

“The home was exceptionally clean and welcoming, and it’s obvious the owner takes pride in the property and wants guests to be comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed with plenty of dishes and cooking essentials, and the ocean view was absolutely spectacular. While the home could use some updating, we enjoyed the fun, retro beach décor. We did notice some mustiness in the living room curtains and downstairs rooms, so those with allergies may want to be aware, although some of that is certainly understandable in an oceanfront home. One important thing to note is the beach access. The listing mentions that access can sometimes be unavailable due to Mother Nature, but during our stay the issue was actually damaged/broken stairs at the property, while neighboring homes still had beach access. The gate to the beach was actually tightly tied off, preventing any beach access. We wish we had been notified of this before arrival, particularly since we had guests with mobility”airbnb
