“Overall we truly enjoyed our stay here! Pros: The unit was beautifully updated, had everything we needed. The views were great and the location was wonderful. We were close to restaurants and food. It was easy to access the north and south sides. There were beaches walkable and pool was nice. Cons: Not at fault of the owner, but there is an Indian restaurant attached to the condo building so everything smelled like Indian food when the restaurant was open (the rooftop, the pool, outside grass area, the beaches, etc.) So we really couldn’t open the window without smelling that, which just wasn’t super appealing to our family personally. Also, again no fault of the owner, but the clientele at the building was interesting… police were there twice during our stay. Lastly, there were a lot of rules for the unit which made staying there with children somewhat stressful. Very strict about sand and ac use. Probably why the unit is in great shape, but also made it slightly less enjoyable.”airbnb

“Our family of 6 from Colorado absolutely loved this location. You cannot beat having the ocean steps away from the back door. Quiet, private neighborhood. Thank you for being such a great host and for sharing your home.”airbnb

“A great place to stay—the view is even better than in the pictures. Being so close to the ocean was incredible; during high tide, the waves come right up to the house. The community is gated, secure, and very quiet. We were traveling with kids and needed to take a few extra precautions, and Miriam was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Really appreciate that!”airbnb

“This cottage was exactly the getaway we needed! We brought the whole family, used every space available, and never felt crowded. The amenities exceeded my expectations offering a VERY family, kid friendly space. Every one of us appreciated how clean & cozy this home is. Neighbors are very kind as well! We can’t thank you enough for sharing your space, it was very comfortable. Highly recommend!”airbnb

“The home is nice, and really we enjoyed the open view onto the ocean, sunsets, eating outside, and listening to the waves. Miriam and team were super responsive and great to work with. A couple things are worth flagging, though. The PCH Surfliner train tracks are across the street, and the noise and from the trains was disruptive for those sleeping in the front bedrooms. The trains were infrequent, but ran as early as 5am, and as late as 1am. The home sits very close to the neighboring property with no privacy fence at all - the two outdoor spaces are basically adjoined. Luckily, no one was in the other home while we were there, but if there had been, the lack of privacy would have been very awkward and uncomfortable. There were four bicycles in the garage, and all but one had flat tires, so the three of us could not ride bikes as we had hoped to do.”airbnb

“We had an incredible stay at this beachfront gem! The property truly had everything we needed and more. It is rare to find a rental that is so well-stocked; the hosts clearly thought of every detail to make us feel at home. Once the kids found the waffle maker, it became clear we were having waffles for breakfast almost daily. The location is unbeatable with easy access to the beach, making our daily strolls and sunbathing sessions effortless. We also loved being so close to great local food options, which made evening plans a breeze. If you’re looking for a relaxing, stress-free getaway right on the water, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!”airbnb

“We loved Miriam’s place at Laguna Beach. We could walk to everything including the beach and were right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We’d definitely stay here again.”airbnb
