“This house was nice and stocked for what you needed. The house was cute and cozy. If you’re flying and staying here you’ll need to stop and purchase beach towels and they only have towels for showering. The house had games and toys for our littles. The hose out front came in handy when we did the beach. They also provided laundry detergent. Very cute home.”

“We loved our stay! Steps from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Could have been a little cleaner but all and all we had a great stay and would love to stay again.”

“It is directly across from a grocery store & a 3 minute walk to the beach; neighborhood was quiet although there is a lot of foot traffic that walks right next to the patio (that didn’t bother us & sitting on the patio was nice. However, if you want privacy as you sit outside this could be problematic); kitchen was very well equipped but no storage containers etc. The skylights let in beautiful sunshine but no shades on them so it became oppressively hot in the house as there is no air conditioning, other than a standing unit in the main bedroom. The numerous fans helped a little. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but were ok. The house was clean but the floors left our feet black on the bottoms, probably a byproduct of the stone, so we wore shoes inside. I would definitely stay here again but not in hot weather. Property management was amazing to deal with, quick to respond, communicative, & helpful. Great location. We didn’t have a car but it seemed to have good parking.”

“My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The condo was extremely clean, well-decorated, well-stocked, and beautiful. The location was also amazing- a short walk to the beach, Balboa ferry, restaurants, stores, etc. The only negative about this property is the lack of a/c. While there are plenty of fans provided, my sons struggled to sleep in the smallest bedroom as it was just too warm. My one son ended up sleeping out on the couch with windows open and fans on. I struggled the final night in the middle sized bedroom. With the addition of a second fan, I was finally able to get some sleep. The listing definitely shares about the lack of a/c, but this is certainly something to consider if you like to be nice and cool/cold.”

“Garage clicker didn’t work bedding was dirty had to get cleaning staff to come ZERO WIFI AND TV SERVICE ENTIRE 5 days dirty floors and stained furniture.. weeds growing 2 ft high in front way to much outdoor furniture on patio you couldn’t even move around the place smelled so badly it needs serious upgrading and cleaning”
