“Let me start by saying that the place is absolutely amazing, and amazing host as well! The location right by the beach was perfect, and the house came with everything we could possibly need. We truly appreciated how caring and responsive the host was throughout our stay. She answered all of my questions, even late at night, and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did. This is the perfect place for a family getaway, and we had such a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!”

“I highly recommend HappiTravels for renting your Airbnb homes especially if you have a large group of people. Our group of former UCI students(we are all in our 70’s today) has used these two houses twice in the last two years(2024 & 2026) for our college reunions. People travel here from multiple places in the US and abroad to join in on the fun. Practically everything you’ll need for a stay in Newport was present, especially with the beach just a few hundred yards away. Plenty of room and space in each house. You also have access to parking garages which help with the crowded beach parking. We love these two houses and location so much, we are already discussing the next trip back here in 2028!
