“Let me start by saying that the place is absolutely amazing, and amazing host as well! The location right by the beach was perfect, and the house came with everything we could possibly need. We truly appreciated how caring and responsive the host was throughout our stay. She answered all of my questions, even late at night, and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did. This is the perfect place for a family getaway, and we had such a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!”

“I highly recommend HappiTravels for renting your Airbnb homes especially if you have a large group of people. Our group of former UCI students(we are all in our 70’s today) has used these two houses twice in the last two years(2024 & 2026) for our college reunions. People travel here from multiple places in the US and abroad to join in on the fun. Practically everything you’ll need for a stay in Newport was present, especially with the beach just a few hundred yards away. Plenty of room and space in each house. You also have access to parking garages which help with the crowded beach parking. We love these two houses and location so much, we are already discussing the next trip back here in 2028! Thank you Rich and Sheryl for being our hosts.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surfview in Newport. Just a few minutes walk and your feet are in the sand. The home was extremely clean, well maintained, and worked really well for our family. Having three king-size beds was a huge plus, and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit, TVs in the bedrooms, a nicely stocked kitchen with the essentials we needed, and outdoor dining seating. The garage was another bonus. We were able to fit both our Toyota Tundra and Camry inside, which was wonderful. The host also provided plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a couple of bicycles, making beach days incredibly easy without having to bring or rent additional gear. The one significant downside for us was the lack of air conditioning. Families traveling with children or sensitive to heat should be aware when booking. May be too warm for the littles to stay again but my husband and I will definitely be back.”

“Home in New Port Beach is in a great location for beach lovers! It was easy going back & forth to the beach as needed. The unit was just enough space for the 4 of us. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. We liked having access to the 2 bikes and boogie boards even though we ended up not using them this trip. We had an issue with the A/C in the main bedroom not working and it was really hot but thankfully the owners came that evening and replaced the unit with a new one. We appreciated the owners quick response and concern ensuring we had a comfortable stay.”

“This was a great rental!! I loved that the host actually met us there at the house to get us in and show us around. They also have beach chairs and other beach items to use which was super great. Walking distance to the beach. The host checked in on us via a message after the first night to make sure all was well. We also loved the fact that every room had an extra fan stored to use. This house/units were great for the price, especially with the location. Hosts were very nice and had great customer service. Would 1000% recommend to anyone wanting a beach house stay!
