“Beautiful location next to the beach (1 minute walk) and a great place. Everything was in good condition and host was very responsive. The only issue was that the upstairs guest were a bit noisy - would run instead of walk and we could hear that. Will recommend to others and would stay here again if we are looking for a location next to the Newport Beach.”

“The location was great and the house was fine overall. Just keep in mind that it’s an older home, so if you’re expecting something brand new, this may not be the right fit. My only real concern was the amount of personal information required before check-in. They requested not only my information, but also my guests’ full names, vehicle information, and a copy of my driver’s license. I wasn’t comfortable providing that much personal information.”
